Ever wondered why your windows PC or laptop felt sluggish and slow, how you wished you could speed it up. I had mentioned in my previous post -> “Spring Clean ur PC” about using free software to clean up your PC. Now here is a simple trick with no additional softwares.
- Right Click on your desktop
- Goto “NEW” -> ‘SHORTCUT’
- And type the following - %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
- Click Next and Finish
- Double click to stop all the idle tasks hooging your system memory.
- You can change the Icon if you want to and I have tested it only in a Windows XP machine.
