Ever wondered why your windows PC or laptop felt sluggish and slow, how you wished you could speed it up. I had mentioned in my previous post -> “Spring Clean ur PC” about using free software to clean up your PC. Now here is a simple trick with no additional softwares.

1. Right Click on your desktop
2. Goto “NEW” -> ‘SHORTCUT’
3. And type the following - %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
4. Click Next and Finish
5. Double click to stop all the idle tasks hooging your system memory.
6. You can change the Icon if you want to and I have tested it only in a Windows XP machine.
